Return Process

  Log into your KAZO account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

  Pack the Product

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, invoices, and brand labels intact to ensure a successful quality check.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days for a secure pickup at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
